Tennessee Family Farm Winter Engagement Session
Location, location, location
Austin & Abby wanted to have their engagement photo session on the land where they will build their future home together. Choosing a meaningful location was a sentimental way to add warmth and a personal nature of the photos we captured. I was thrilled that they thought outside of the box of the standard locations in Knoxville where I often shoot engagement sessions. They timed it well, with the golden fall evening light - I love the way the light and their outfit colors complimented each other.
Tell your story
One of my favorite parts of engagement sessions is getting to hear the journey of a couple. These two were so open and honest, inviting me into the ups and downs of their story - leading to their engagement weekend in Charleston, SC. I loved asking both Austin & Abby the same questions and hearing their individual answers. Their excitement was so obvious and clear as we talked about planning their future together. They were eager for their families to spend more time together and the joy of friends & family celebrating with them.
Let’s make it personal
No engagement photo session is the same. I love celebrating each couple I get to photograph. Your love and engagement season is worth celebrating! Your story and your relationship is unique, and I get to ask questions and hear the stories that make you & your honey laugh and cry. Cheers to Abby & Austin!
Max Patch doesn’t disappoint during any season of the year, but especially not during the summer. Cool, crisp mountain air, tall & wispy grass, yellow flowers blooming all over the mountain top, & the most beautiful pink sunset made this engagement session one for the books.
